Favorite Songs and Good Music

Have you ever listened to a song and felt that it completely related to a situation going on in your life or a past situation? Alright, the obvious answer to that is yes. These are the songs we play over and over until poeple would think we'd be sick of them. These are the songs that get us through tough times and have a meaning to us. I find that it's hard to find good music to listen to now adays. Now I'm not saying "good music" in a sense that alright, I can dance to it, or yeah it seems logical. I'm talking about the kind of song that seems that it was writen for you and that situation. When a song can relate to multiple people in different kinds of situations, whether it be a "break up" song, a "everything is going to be alright" song, a "please don't leave me" song, a "take me back" song, ect.
Of course there are all types of music to chose from when you're going through a rough patch, but when it's the type of music that you really enjoy and listen to all the time, that's when it really speaks to you. For me, music has and always will be an important part of my life. Growing up, I've been exposed to all kinds of music, but I find that a well written song can sometimes explain the way you feel without you even knowing.

Life.

Wow it's really been a while since I've posted anything. Well I just wanted to give an update how things are going. My best friend Kristen and I are still working on our singing group. We'll be hitting the recording studio after Christmas, so I'm really looking forward to that. Now that I'm in my last year of high school, things are really getting serious. College seems to be getting closer and closer. I'm looking forward to just enjoying my last year with my friends and family.

I'm really excited to announce that my friend Kristen and I are in the midst of working out plans with Sony Records to form a group. The group will consist of her and I, and hopefully a third person in the near future. Her and I are going to begin recording this summer. Keep an ear open for us. We'll have a youtube page and a myspace page soon.

What Is Love?

What is love?
A question that many have asked, but only a few know the answer.
In my opinion,
love is something that only you can feel, nobody can do that for you.
Yes it's a strong word, but sometimes, it's the only way to describe how you feel about someone.
At times you may wonder if you'll ever find it, and then when you finally do,
the world just starts to make a little more sense.
Of course there are times of heartbreak and lonliness,
but in the end,
love will find you.
